Curtis Delamarter

Born and raised in Corvallis, Curtis is a native Oregonian who attended Oregon State University and passionately supports Beaver sports. After graduating from a carpentry and cabinet making program, Curtis began pursuing his passion for real estate sales. Jumping into the market in the height of the recession in 2008, he became an expert negotiator in the foreclosure and short sale boom. As the market rebounded, he was able to give clients a unique construction perspective when assessing homes for renovation or flipping, and when prepping homes for market. Curtis’ clients are drawn to his calm and solution-driven nature, and he strives for every transaction to be hallmarked by honesty, communication and humor.

At Ninebark, Curtis is a hands-on leader who excels in agent support, contract expertise, and brokerage and team development.

Curtis is the proud father of three wonderful children, and enjoys spending time with his wife and children camping, catching Beaver baseball and football games, and is slowly improving his golf game.
